I like the product. But I didnt receive any response on when the order would ship or no tracking when it shipped. I called and they forwarded me a tracking & package arrived 2 days later.

The 1st time I ordered took forever. Guess Dr. Oz. got in the way. But the second time my order came within 7 days. Not sure if anything is working yet but will keep taking the Green Coffee Bean and other stuff I ordered. The ingredients are right on and I seem to always find what I'm looking for. Do wish there was a store that you could run out and purchase what you need right away. Kind of a procrastinator. Take the time to check into this site. They are trustworthy and seem to have what everyone is looking for now days!

When I first ordered, I was very skeptical...............the confirmation said you could check the status of your shipment, but didn't give you a way to do that. It took longer than I thought it would, so I was very worried that it was a scam. I did receive the product and am happy.

Hi Monica, I'm sorry your package took so long to be delivered! Your package left our warehouse on 11/13/12 and the expected delivery date was 11/19/12. The tracking shows it was just delivered yesterday, however I can understand your frustation as 13 days in transit is a long time. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you! The only time we charge your card is when you place an order with us online or over the phone! I'm concerned because you mentioned continued billing.
