Richelle, I apologize for your frustration. Please be assured that if you ordered using your credit card through our shopping cart, we do not charge your card until your order ships. If you ordered usinig Paypal, they do withdraw funds immediately, this is their policy and we have no influence over that. We are a fairly small company that has been providing 100% pure coffee bean extract and other 100% pure supplements with outstanding service to all our previous customers. The recent Dr. Oz segement on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week and we have worked double shifts seven days a week to increase our staff and get all orders out in the order they were received. We have plenty of product and are scheduled to get all orders out this week! We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz would be promoting green coffee bean and therefore, we were not able to prepare before the show. I know that as a customer it shouldn't matter what the circumstances are, but I wanted to let you know that we are a legitimate company and we really do care about customer service. We just were not prepared for the onslaught of orders and emails we received. We have been able to catch up on orders and are on track for shipping within 24-48 hours.
