I ordered my green coffee bean and raspberry ketones while Dr Oz was still soeaking about the wonderful benefits. My order arrived 4 days later. I am looking forward to doing more business with this company!

If you ordered usinig Paypal, they do withdraw funds immediately, this is their policy and we have no influence over that. UPDATE: I decided not to wait. Since I paid with PayPal I am working through them to get a refund. I'll just go buy the Green Coffee Bean somewhere else.

I wish I had seen the service reviews before ordering. I actually had my order sent to my brother in the US to avoid the high cost of shipping to Canada. I can only hope that the order gets there before we visit next month.

Unbelievable!!!!
After waiting over 1 week also and no follow up from Pure Health company, I too, followed up with a letter to their company. And yes, got the same cover BS letter that the rest of you got. The letter about being overwhelmed....etc.
First off. I feel if they were truly a reputable company they would have had the stock on hand after they accepted our money.
If they didn't have it in stock...then why not send a notification or a "out of stock" memo when ordering?
2nd...is this company shopping for the the pure green coffee beans as well for their company and they really didn't have this product at all available in the office/storehouse.
If i don't see my product within 2 weeks, I will be contacting the Better Business Bereau. I suggest others to do the same. Shame on this company and their unprofessionalism.

Very bad communication!
I realize that because of the exposure of the green coffee bean piece on Dr. Oz, that the company is overloaded with orders, however, it took more than a few days for them to get back to me regarding my order. I never received an order confirmation until almost a week later.
There needs to be better customer service in the future.

Cannot get anyone to answer me back on my purchase. It has been 10 days and I cannot make contact with anyone in the company. Dr Oz needs to do a show on rip- off companies. You took my money, be courteous enough to give me some feedback on my order. My invoice number and confirmation number are nothing but a worthless piece of paper at this point.Will be contacting our state attorney office in the next few days.

They charged the credit card when the order was placed and I am still waiting. I have been calling and I get a recording that "This mailbox is full." Once I was able to get thru on a Sat. a.m. and woman told me they are overwhelmed with orders and working night and day to get the order out. In the meantime, I was shopping at Walmart and saw the exact same bottle, 800 mg. per serving and the same website is on the label.
