not at all satisfied
I purchased a product from the website 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the products. I have no idea when its being shipped and am left hanging

need customer relation improvement no info provided once money taken..
they have no support to get in touch with they charged my card three weeks and product is yet to be seen .none.

Not happy
I can't give an honest opinion on the product because it has been 3 weeks since i ordered and still have not received the product. I paid with paypal so i guess i will have to file a claim. I am beginning to think this company is fraudulent. Quess i should have checked them out before ordering.

Scam????
Placed order September 11. My credit card was charged on the 12th. I received an email on the 13th saying that the product had shipped. I called on the 18th because I had not received product and I was told that the email on the 13th was sent in error and it was actually shipped on the 17th. So today is the 21st I do not have any product. I live in California and it is being shipped from Texas so it should not take that long. The tracking number is not valid. Is this a scam or lousy customer service?

Need faster delivery and weekend contact.
I ordered my products over a week ago, and I am I'm eagerly awaiting the order. I understand the company was deluged with requests for green coffee bean extract, so I hope the company will be better staffed to handle large orders in the future. I did not receive an order confirmation number and must call to get it. It would be great to have access to live help seven days a week. In conclusion I can't wait to receive the product and have high expectations it will deliver as promised.
