I place my order on 04/28/2012. Total 66.00. Called company on 05/09/2012. After third call got a person on line. She check order # told me it might be shipped on Thursday. Then it will be another 3-5 days before I get it. I asked to talk with a supervisor. She took my number. No call back. The money was out of my account the very same day!!!! Will look for another company that cares about repeat business. ONE MONTH and STILL NO PRODUCT. I was told product will be or has been shipped. I WANT MY MONEY RETURN! #35822238CA

i ordered green coffee extract from them two weeks ago and still have not received the product, a little slow i would say.

The only review I can give at this time is that I have yet to receive my order.

I placed an order on line April 30, 2012 and haven't recived it yet. Therefore my first impression, is this a scam or what. Where is my product, you have my money.

I ordered a product that happened to be in high demand. Even though the product is available, due to that demand I have not received it after two wks. I appreciated getting an email stating why there is a delay however, I don't think one email is enough. I would appreciate a weekly update on the status of my order.

ORDERED ITEMS ON 4/26 HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. MY CARD WAS CHARGED, I TRIED TO CALL AND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE.
