ordered on april 30th and still havnt gotten order... Phyllis Poche

Still haven't received my package and its about to be 2 weeks that I ordered it. Will never order from tis website again.

I. Ordered the product about to weeks ago and haven't received it yet.

i ordered this two weeks ago and have sent emails requesting info on the status of my order..never heard a word!! the product may work..i'll never order from your site again.

I ordered Pure Coffee Bean Extract from this website on April 28, 2012. As of today, May 13, 2012, I have not received my order. The website, when I ordered the product, listed the product as in stock. So why is it taking so long? The first website I shopped for the product clearly stated that it would be a delay in receiving the order due to so many orders. This site should have been up front in that regard also.

Disappointed; the website said the product was in stock. I assumed that ment in stock and would be ready to ship. When I inquired about my order a week after I ordered it, my return email said it would ship in 14 days. I would have orded the product from a different site had I known it would take so long. BTW, still haven't received the product. ;(

I accept the apologies by Nancy on behalf of PURE HEALTH LLC. If you are using this coffee bean extract to get slim for your vacation and your running out of time then you should have joined a gym. It is not their fault for not being prepared, it's yours. This is one of many small businesses trying to survive and probably never needed more than five employees until now. This is exciting for them, they employed 30 more people in their community, excellent. This is What small business does, they do everything in their power to provided customer service, something that big business doesn't. I will gladly wait for my order and be proud that I picked a small business to order from. Good luck to Pure Health and their employees. Matt-
