how slow do you ship. you said if paid by paypal would ship immediately, I'm still waiting and I paid with paypal :) won't order again from you.

I placed my order on 04/27/12 and still have not received it yet. In fact my I check the status it only says that I have ordered it and it has not been shipped yet. So, I'm not satisified yet. I chose this site because your web page said you had the item in stock. I hope I get it soon.

Hello this is the second time I've ordered from your company. The first time everything went fine, but for whatever reason I never received my order this time. I have checked my doorstep and mail box every day for the last week. Can you track my order and tell me when it will arrive to me?

I placed an ordered and didn't get email regarding the status of order until I asked if my order had been processed only to find out that in fact it had not been processed I would have appreciated letting me know right away that my order would not be filled until a later date don't wait until your customer asks where's my order????????

You guy's should not be in business

My order was placed April 27, 2012. Yet as of May 13, 2012, I have not received product. The last communication from company was that they were working double time and wouldn't stop until all orders were completed. This was May 4th. So almost 10 days later and still no product. I hope the green coffee beans once if ever received work better than the company.

I ordered the Green Coffee Extract from Pure Health on 4/23, to treat my moderate Chrons. I had been ordering from a different website, but was drawn in by their lower prices and free shipping. Boy, was that a mistake. After never receiving any information about shipping, and immediate debit on my credit card, the first week of May I decided to email them asking questions and expressing I was NOT like the other impatient customers who were trying to use this product to lose weight, and received no response. I called, no response. I finally received some "well it's not our fault" email saying how busy they were and how they were understaffed, overworked, cry me a river, blah blah. I received my order yesterday May 12th. I would not recommend this company to anyone else or use it again. I would rather pay a few dollars more and deal with a professional company who still works under the philosophy the customer is always right, and doesn't take close to three weeks to ship a product. I expected some rectification like a 10% off promo code to use on a next order, but wasn't that surprised when there wasn't one.
