I placed an order from you on 4/30/12 and the only thing I received was a charge on my visa/debit and an e-mail with an excuse as to why you have not shipped. As far as I am concerned this is looking more and more like a scam. You should not charge the credit card unless you are shipping the product. Whether you say you have the product in stock or not is irrelevant beause I don't have it and I am the one who is paying for it. Horrible !!!

I know the company is bogged down since the dr. Oz show but more updates via email would give me peace of mind that they have my order, where at in the process are they, and when shipment is expected, when will the credit crd be chrgd, etc etc.

horrible slow service! Lack of customer service

Ordered on 5/5/12. Have still not received product. When I attempt to call company I get "mailbox full" and have gotten no response to emails. I have filed a complaint with the BBC. Do not order from this unreliable company!

Has been over a week and have received no product, no contact. Called your telephone number and all I get is a recording saying your mail box is full.... This is not a good sign, going to have to dispute order.

shipping take, a long time. I order the product on may 5 2012, today is may may 14th 2011 still not here.

If you want to get your order sometime this year then go with another company. Sure they tell you after and not before that we have no real idea when you will get your order. Maybe days or weeks or even months. Go with a local trusted provider even if you have to wait a week or two. Trust me it will be quicker. Still waiting for my order.

I'm anxious to get started taking this product that I ordered 5/4/12, 10 days ago (Confirmation No: F58958503F) but have yet to receive it!! Not a good start!
