I have tried to contact this company several times regarding a $50+ purchase I made with them over 10 days ago- the only correspondence I have received was an automatically generated payment/order confirmation and an invite to complete this review. I have not received a tracking number or shipment notification. When after a week I did not receive a notice to expect my package- I tried contacting them... I have emailed and called multiple times- the phone goes to a recording that says "this mailbox is full" and no response so far to my emails regarding my order- VERY WORRISOME!!

It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I am still waiting for a ship date.

If a product customer is ordering is not available,please inform customer. Please send customer an e-mail with a tracking number,in order for customer to track there order.

Before recieving my package, I felt unsure that it was coming. It would be nice if there were more emails with tracking numbers, saying it was sent or something like that. I just felt anxious waiting to see if it actually would come.

So I tried buying 2 bottles of the pure coffee bean extract online. I recieved my confirmation code and everything. I patiently waited for a week and still my order never arrived. It turned out that they declined my visa for whatever the reason. I tried calling them to see what had happened and they NEVER answered. On top of that they stayed that their website page was under construction. Very bad service. You cant talk to anyone to resolve your issue.

I CANT rate because I have'nt received the product yet. I placed my order for 4 bottles of green coffee bean extract on April 27 and it has now been 17 days and I still have not received my order. Waiting....................

The site was user friendly. I was able to find the product I wanted and ordered it. However, I don't know when I'm going to be receiving my shipment, I haven't received an email stating it has been shipped or with a shipment tracking number.

My order was placed on 5/2/2012 and it is 5/14/2012 with my order still in the ordered status. I have tried to call the 1-888-323-9355 number several times. It says that the voicemail is full and then the number is busy & to try again. This is making me very nervous and upset. I can't believe it is taking so long for my order to be processed. It would of been nice for someone to call or send an e-mail. I also sent a e-mail to customer service too, with no response. When I placed my order it said that all the items were in stock, obviously that was false. I hope this doesn't turn into a battle because I will call my credit card very shortly to fight this charge.
