This company does not answer emails and their phone keeps ringing when you dial the number attached to their communications. All you hear on the other end is,"This mailbox is full." So far, I'm still willing to believe this is a legitimate company, but doubt is creeping in with every attempt to contact them.

Placed an order over 3weeks ago and it has not been received. I tried to call customer service and was given a voice message that my call could not be made and to try again later. I got this message several times for several days. I will not order from this website again.

I placed an order on the Pure Health website. After patiently waiting more than a week, my order still hadn't shipped. I sent them a couple e-mails asking about the status of my order and never received an answer. Finally, when I entered my confirmation number one day I just received an error message stating my order no longer existed. If this is how they run their company they will not get my business - too bad because I was waiting to see how my first order went as I had a list of other items I wanted to try. Pure Health gets an F from me.

Im happy that I decided to read these reviews. I have had the same problems as most of you. I order on May 5th. I agree with there no being any follow up, and no way to contact customer service. I wrote to them today and left a message last week. Lets see what happens. I paid through pay pal. I also informed them that if I dont hear from them or receive my order soon, I will be reporting them as a fraudulent company and website. If anyone of you receive your order please update us. I would like to know. Good luck.

I was told my order would go out shortly, its been awhile. can't reach company by phone, it's either "circuits are busy" or "mailbox is full and does not accept messages". I am starting to think it is a scam.

That's right! And after 10 days my product had still not been shipped, an email sent still waiting for a response from customer service and it has been 5 days now. This is the message in their thank you letter "Please rest assured, we have plenty of 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean in stock (...one of the only companies that does, from what we hear!) and our orders are being processed as quickly as humanly possible. " I was patient and waited for 10 days. Just checked again and the product has still not been shipped. I feel their site is really misleading! Will not deal with this company again! They have my money and I am uncertain as to when or if I will receive my product. And/or if this will appear as a review.

I received an email asking me to review the vitamins I ordered from Pure Health 10 days ago. I got a confirmation that my order was received, but never got a confirmation that it shipped. They haven't charged my credit card, so I'll give them one star for that!

I ordered some green coffee bean suppliments on April 28th. I have not received the shipment even though My account has been charged. I've emailed the company twice and no reponse.I have tried to call several times and received a message saying "this mail box is full". I am now forwarding this to the Attorney General in the state of Wisconsin. I am also reporting this to Angie's list and yelp.
