I ordered a product on 5/4 and it 5/14 and it hasns't been shipped yet!

I placed the order almost 3 weeks ago, received one generic email that they were behind. Website has no record of my order that I can find and can not search by order number

I ordered an item which was shown as in stock and now over 10 days later it still has not shipped.

The day I ordered I talk with Lauren and she was great in helping me place my order she was knowlegeable about the products and how many pills to take so I was able to place my order and got enough product for Ruby and I and I the price was affordable and look forward to doing more business with you.

Perhaps the product is back ordered, but the company should stay in touch. At this point I wouldn't use them again.

Going on 3 weeks now and no shipment or tracking number! I've tried several times to call the customer service number provided, but there's a recording stating the mailbox is full! I want my money back immediately!

Pure Health service is the worst I have ever seen My Rating is minus zero NO STARS . Still wait for an order placed on April 26,2012. No response by e-mail, No phone service, can't even get thru on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very quick to bill your credit card but not ship the product.The worst service I ever seen no contact from them at all. Don't waste your time.

Easy to purchase online...kept me informed of shipping.
