I have not recieved my order.

This was my first and will be my last order I have been trying to call and your line is always busy I guess with unhappy customers.

Still waiting for product. Attempted to contact company. "mailbox full"~ Not returning emails...........

I PLACED MY ORDER AND ABOUT A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ADVISING THAT THEY WERE FLOODED WITH ORDERS FOR THE SAME PRODUCT AND WILL GET IT OUT TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THAT'S BEEN ABOUT THREE WEEKS AGO AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM THEM. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AND IT IS NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. AT THIS POINT, I PROBABLY WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I have put in 3 different orders and my accounts HAS BEEN debited, however, I HAVE NOT received my orders. Will I get them any time soon or at least before 2012 is gone?

as i ordered on 5/4/12,still has not shipped,have gotton no emails indicating when shipping but did take my money via paypal on 5/10/12....not happy doont think i b ordering from them again!!!!!

I have not recieved my order and have not been able to get hold of the company by phone or e-mail. I would like to know when I will get my order
