I have tried calling your customer service dept and have left messages(s) and have not gotten a call back. I now get a survey on your customer service and I have not gotten my product or a call back. Really? I actually have place a second order just days after placing the first and have not heard a peep about that either? PLEASE CALL ME @ 502-303-2120 so we can resolve this.

I ordered product on April 27, 2012. It is now May 14th and I have yet to receive my order. I've call 4 times, left voice messages and 2 or 3 emails over the last 1 1/2 weeks with no response. The answering machine said they would reply within 24 hours, but have not. Of course, I am very concerned. I have no idea what is going on. Are they backordered? No idea. Scam? No idea. When will I receive my order? No idea, because they don't reply.

I placed my order, and my account was charged, on April 30. As of today Pure Health's website shows no ship date, I have not gotten my order, and other than this request for a reveiw I have had no communication with this company. So far, this does not bode well.
