I sent email to the only address I have but have not received a response. I never received order.

Our order was placed on 4/27 and we still haven't received anything. Haven't received any shipment notification or any response from phone calls or email. Scam, scam, scam!

I placed my order on April 29th and it is now May 14, and I have not received my order, nor have i recieved any tracking information saying it has been sent. When you call their phone number you get a recording that says the mailbox is full. I've sent an email but that has not been answered. I'm just glad I paid through PayPal so I can get my money back. At this time I cannot recommend this company.

Placed order on 4/28/12. As of today 5/14 I still have not received it. When I inquired about my order over a week ago I recieved a form email asking me to be patient due to the ovewhelming orders. I haven't even had a follow up or update since then. I emailed them today and asked to cancel the order. I found the stuff somewhere else and it was sent out and delivered in 3 days. If I am charged for my nonexistent order I'll be taking it up with my credit card company. Will not attempt to order from these people again.

The ordering part was easy and quick, but as of yet I still have not received the products I have ordered. I thought it should have been here by now.

I cannot rate the products, as I have not yet received my order. My order was placed approximately 2 weeks ago.

I have tried endlessly to get in touch with someone and I continually get the message that the box is full. Or I get a message that all lines are busy. I would like to check on my order but can't seem to do so, which is very frustrating.
