Finally received my order, Not upset about the backlog. This is what happen when items are in high demand. Its a waiting game. But the customer service could be a lot better.

Ordered on 5/1, paid via pay pal and still have not received. Have tried to call the customer service phone number and get a message stating "mail box is full." I have already ordered AND RECEIVED a comparable product from Vitamin World. According to the web-site my order has STILL not shipped!!!!! Ridiculous!!

When I signed up for the products I was told my products would arrive within 7-10 days. It has been well over that time and no one has yet to contact me or refund my account either.

Can't reveiw product because, I never received the product!

I placed an order on April 25th BEFORE all the Dr. Oz hysteria. They charged my credit card IMMEDIATELY. No product, no refund, and nothing but a runaround trying to get info as to where my stuff is. This company is BAD news and I have drawn up a letter that is being sent to the Attorney General in New Jersey (their home state), Mississippi, and also the FTC. Someone has to put a stop to their theft! I surely am going to try!

I placed an order on 28 Apr and as of yet have not received it. I did receive a call back from the company within the 24 hours they promised, however the package still does not show that it's been sent when I was told they would be catching up with their processing by 11 May. I just tried calling the customer service number and I get a message that the mailbox is full.

I ordered Green Coffee Bean pills about 2 weeks ago and I have not received them and when you call customer service no one answers there is a recording say that the mail box is full. I am just wondering if I am ever going to get my order which has been paid for and when I placed my order it didn't say they were sold out. Thanks Concerned Customer

10 days and no product and no response by e mail or phone.
