Your company took my money for your product out of my account on April 28th. Today is May 14. and I still have not received the shipment of your product. I feel not to good about your service and hope you will hold up your end of the deal and send me the product I ordered and payed for.

I ordered some things over three weeks ago now and they have still yet to arrive. I have emailed and called to inquire but have yet to receive any response. As far as customer service is concerned, right now they are a very low 1 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I ordered 2 bottles on 4/28/12 and it's already 5/15/12 and it has not been shipped....

I ordered my pill at the end of April it is now the middle of May and my order still has not arrived! I haven't even gotten an email telling me when it will or should be shipped. I won't be ordering from them again!

This company had great reviews so I thought I could expect good results from my order. They were prompt about charging my credit card. Two and a half weeks later, there is no sign of my order. I believe in giving everyone a chance. I e-mailed the company. I have still had no response. Perhaps this company could make some improvements in the customer service department. I filled my order with another company today. I'm just glad I didn't place a large order.

The problem I have with this site is that my order has not been shipped and it's over a week since I did the order. I also called the 800 number and couldn't get anyone. I am not happy I would like to get my order. So I can't rate this
