Where's my order?!?!
I received an email asking me to rate the company, well, it's a little hard to rate when you never received your product. Maybe this review will prompt someone to contact me, since you must have my email.

To slow
It took to long to get the product. They sent a email once and never let me know it was sent out. It took three weeks?

Yeh, I got it
I received my Pure Green Coffee Bean for healthly weight management and I'm excited to get started to boost my metabolism. Good bye slow metabolism.

Good product&price. Slow shipping
The product is good, price is low, but the shipping was extremely slow. They did apologize and sent emails to explain they were swamped as their product was featured on some TV show and the response was huge. I believe them as many companies were out of stock.

No product, no notice, too much money.
Placed order on 4/29/12. Today is 5/19/12. Product has not arrived. Shipping notice has not been received. Complete silence from the seller. Additionally, I can buy the exact same Pure Green Coffee Bean product at Wal-Mart for almost 50% the price I paid online.

Never hear anything about order.
Sure, I got a couple of general emails, but nothing about MY order. Crazy phone system. I don't believer anyone talks to anyone. What's my tracking #., where is my order? I feel lost and my money?

Quick and Way to represent.
I was very pleased on how they kept me updated on my order. I did receive my full order and am very excited to get started. It was nice to not feel like another number but a customer that they do care about. This is the first time I ever ordered from this company and will definately order from them again.

The worst service!
This website ofer products that they don't have, they just make you go to the end and pay and then they send you a e-mail where they inform you that they are out of this product because the Dr Oz Show but they will send you the product asp, I being waiting already for 3 weeks and any time I call to ask for is only a answer machine who pick up and they never return your e-mails I'm so mad , ungry.... Is horrible how the see people's face and take our money out in secunds but they'll never send you the product or give you money back for.
