It took me quite a while to receive my order BUT that was because of me ordering Green Coffee Bean Extract the day AFTER it was reviewed and recommended by Dr. Oz on television. Of course, everyone ordered at once and so the company was inundated with orders. This was immediately explained to me when I sent an email asking for a status on my order -- I ALWAYS got a reply from them when I asked for a status!! ALSO their price was better than any other I found and I actually found a couple companies who had hiked their price right after the Dr. Oz show so I commend this company for sticking to their original price! I ordered on April 28 and received them today, May 19. I have already placed another order for these -- I highly recommend this company!!!!

I placed my order on May 3 and I still haven't received it. I tried calling customer service and no one answers and now the mailbox is full. I sent a couple of emails and no response. I'm just left in limbo wondering if I got scammed out of money.

I made an order on 4/28/12. It is May 19th. I have not received my order. I have tried checking my shipping status on line using my confirmation # and there is no information. I sent and e-mail to the customer service on May 10Th I have not received any response.I have tried calling 1-888# and it says the mail bos is full. I want to know where my order is!! If I don't see my product within one week I will be contacting the Better Busness Bereaw. Shame on this company and the luck of professionalism.

I ordered on 5/1. My account was charged on 5/3. Today is 5/19; I still haven't received my order. I've emailed them; no response. I've called them; mailbox full. What can I say? I'm close to filing a dispute with Pay Pal.

I ordered a supplement which went into high demand. I was unaware that once ordered the package could take up to two weeks to ship (I either missed it on the website when ordering, or it was not stated). Furthermore, the tracking feature on the website did not show my order as shipped at least 2.5 weeks after order date. With that being said, representatives responded to an initial e-mail letting me know the package would ship within 2 weeks and their phone message updated customers on the progress of getting orders shipped, which I appreciated. The product arrived and I look forward to ordering supplements through Pure Health again.

The product seems to be what was ordered, but 4 weeks to wait when promised first in days and then in 2 weeks due to rush on product then the added 2 weeks. If I reorder will I have to do it long before I need it? How long before I wonder! The Company was kind and returned all my e-mails in a timely manner. Hope they clear up all the problems with future orders.

Not sure of the date I ordered from Pure Health but it said it was in stock. Pay Pal was charged on 5/4/2012 but still no sign of my order!!! Very disappointed!
