After having communicated with Stacy at Pure Health, I now think that are doing the very best that they could in getting the product out and in communicating to it's customers. I've looked around and I can say without hesitation that their product is about the BEST out there and is exactly what the Dr. Oz show said to get. Almost all other have the fillers that we were told not to buy. This is the company to keep and I believe they have the best products on the market. We are ordering black cap raspberries also this time. Hope you all see this review because I know it's the truth.

Placed order on 4/29 and today is May 21 and they have not shipped the green coffee bean extract yet. I've written to them and cannot get any reply. I won't order again from them. Dr. Oz suggested them on his show and I wonder if he's aware of what's going on.

Today is May 21st, I placed an order on May 1 2012. I still haven't received anything via mail. Last time I ordered I received my order within 2 weeks.

It has been THREE WEEKS since my purchase and I have yet to receive my order!!!!! You have charged my credit card. This is ROBBERY. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!!!! I got an email two days after my order was placed making excuses that due to the recent Dr. Oz segment, you are over-worked, etc., blah, blah, blah. I have NOT received ANY communication since!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! UPDATE: I wrote the review above 5 days ago. I got a response from Stacy, and a series of emails ensued...initially she was quick to respond. She was going to email me my tracking information, (which the company claimed would be emailed to me when the order shipped, but I never received). Then she stated she needed my last name to look up my order (I had figured my order was linked with the email I provided Pure Health. It would have been helpful had Stacy been specific in her first reply). In any case, I immediately emailed her my last name. That was TWO DAYS ago, and I haven't received a response since. Oh, and by the way you all...I placed my order on April 28. That's just shy of FOUR WEEKS ago. Steer clear of this company. It's the WORST I've EVER seen. I've been beyond patient and I'm finally fed up.

I made my purchase over 10 days ago. Both products were listed as "in stock and available to ship." Yet there has been no shipment after 12 days and Pure Health has ignored three e-mails from me. To make matters worse, two days after I placed my order there were 6 unauthorized charges attempted on my credit card. Thank goodness my credit card company recognized them as suspicious and did not approve them. I had to cancel my card. Very fishy...and even if Pure Health was not involved in the theft of my card number, they have horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again and am currently in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card.

I ordered something over a month ago don't have my order no response to emails and they don't answer the phone never again will I order from them.

I ordered my products on May 6th. It is now May 20th & still have not received them.

I plac an order on 4/28/12 and I am still waiting for it.. I try to call them and they do not answer the phone. You can't even live a message. I am contacting my credit card company to get my money back.
