I am still waiting for my order of 4/19/12---this is 5/20/12. Think this is kind of SLOW !!!!

I ordered two green tea extract pill bottles and they never showed up. I e-mailed them three times and no response on the status of my items. Its sad because I hoped that these items were what they described them to be. It's just poor business and I have informed all my co-workers at 24 hour fitness and all my work out buddies and they says that's what I get from buying from the Internet. I would never reccommend anything from this website.

1st order was great, second has been almost 3.5 weeks. My payment to company has cleared but merchandise not received

I paid but they never sent the items,i went thru paypal and won the despute as they never responded to them But paypal says pure health does not have the funds to repay me yet, so i called my credit card company and they took care of it!! Do not buy from them as the do not have product to send you!!! BEWARE!!!

i ordered a product I had been researching. I waited two weeks which I felt was too long, emailed the company asking where my order was nut never got a response. When product arrived the invoice listed my order correctly but a different product was sent.

Ordered the product over 3 weeks ago, haven't heard from then or received the product. I have never had such horrible experience with any company.

My order was confirmed on 4/29/2012. Today is Sunday, May 20 and still no product....how much longer do I wait???? I do a lot of online shopping and this is the longest I've waited for an order to come in.

I ordered May 3 and it's now the 20th and I have not recieved the product.
