Great Customer Service! They kept me informed about the process and the price was more than reasonable!

I ordered from PureHealth, it has now been over 20 business days, I placed my order April 26th, and it is already May 22, and I have not gotten any email that these items have shipped. I was sent an email and was told that no matter what, our product would be in sent out within 14 business days. Guess what!!! 20 days and nothing yet, I am so disgusted by this company, I dont know if I will ever do business with them again. The worst part of this is that they have my credit card number, and that makes me very nervous, maybe I will just report them to the BBB!!! Good luck getting any product from them!! I believe they are a scam!!!!

I wrote to your company for my order but nobody answer my request.I am going to Canada next week and I wanted to know how long it takes for my order to be sended.No answer!!!!!I will have to cancell my order if I do not receive anything.

Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract is a great product that you cannot just find anywhere. I hope that I get the results that others have from it. The only problem I had is it took over three weeks to be shipped. I really appreciated the email letting me know that status of my shipment but I plan on trying to find it locally because I cannot wait over three weeks for another shipment.

I have called and continiously get response that mail box is full. or when i did get through i was told my order was shipped 5/9/12. still hadn't received, called again and again unable to talk with anyone,then was able to leave a voice message with no response. On 5/22 i was finally able to talk to someone and again was told i would receive and e-mail with a confirmation number. So far nothing. I realize that Dr. Oz had a big impact on ability to ship in timely manner,but at least should have received e-mail, voice mail or even a letter letting me know why still haven't received product.

Put my order in on May 5, 2012, they immediately withdrew the money from my credit card. I have not received anything.I called and e-mailed. The phone wasn't ringing properly. The email said to be patient the order would take 7-10 days to ship but it's well past that. I still don't have any information about my order I find that very upsetting and frustrating for this kind of Business. I'm very disappointed. I've been VERY patient but I'm about to report this company is they don't ship very soon.

Begining to think Pure Health is scamming people. I know 2 other people who haven't received their order, and also did not get a responce

Worst online experience ever..I ordered on 5/3 was told it would ship shortly (3-7 days) and now on 5/22 the order still hasn't arrived. I call repeatedly, but the phone is never answered and it says that the mailbox is full. I still have not received any email regarding when the products will ship and my emails have gone unanswered...do not order from here!!!
