Ordered product on May 5, 2012. It is now May 22,2012 and still have not received product. I have emailed and attempted to call inquiring about my order and have received no response or the phone just rings and rings. Total rip off. Wish I had someway to reverse my payment!

Placed my order on April 26th, 2012, money was taken out immediately via Paypal, and received a shipping confirmation date of "shipped" on May 5th. Finally, after almost 3 weeks of calling and numerous emails, I was able to speak to someone. I was told that orders placed on April 26th were shipped out yesterday, May 21st. When I asked why my shipping confirmation, on their site, said my product was SHIPPED on May 5th, she said they had hoped to ship it out on that date!! No legitimate company would post a "hoped for" ship date and then supposedly ship it out 9 days later. Supposedly, I will have my product by next week but, they have proven that there word means nothing! Also, on their facebook post they posted an updated status, on May 13th, saying that all orders placed on April 26th were packed and ready to be shipped on May 12th. Yet, I was told today, May 22, that my order from that date had just been shipped YESTERDAY. I will never order from this company again!! Backlogged or not, a legitimate company would be true to their word! I wouldn't give this company a star but that was my only choice.

I ordered the pure coffee bean extract on April 30, 2012 and still have not received it. It is now May 22, 2012. Where is the product it says it is in stock. Will ship in 3-10 days, then I got an e-mail after I e-mailed them saying it will ship in 14 days because they are a mom and pop store and the Dr. Oz show was very overhelming. Well it has been more then 14 days where is the product if it really exists, just refund my money I will be contacting the Dr. Oz show and telling him my experience with Pure Health and NOT to recommend them at ALL!!!!!

I placed my order 3 weeks ago. It has not been shipped yet. I tried to contact customer service to get an estimated ship date. I e-mailed them and got no response. I called them and it just continued to ring. I re-dialed the number several times and I've just been getting a busy signal. I doubt I'm ever going to see my order.

I ordered this April 28th and have not received it as yet. If this is how you service customers I will be finding a different source.

I found the correct product that I was looking for. I found that even though there was high demand I recieved my product in a reasonable amount of time.

I put in an order on May 05th today is May 22nd and I still do not have my order. I was unable to track it online as they said I could. My confirmation number did not come up? When I call their phone number it mostly rings busy or the mail box is full. Still waiting.
