Cannot speak with a live customner service rep. order vitamins on 5-4-2012 and cannot get status on order. will not order again... need to know where my shipment is........

I have been charged for the items ordered, but still have not received my order. Not happy at all. Either my order needs to be filled and shipped or my money needs to be refunded immediately.

Could you please e-mail me back on my order. I have checked the web site and it does not show a ship date or a trac #. I ordered on the 30th of April. I Called 2 weeks ago and was told it would ship on the 14tth or 15th of May. Still have not recieved. I am willing to wait but would like to know how long. Thank you.

This company is truly doing the best that they can given the circumstances in which they have found themselves. I found the customer services to be great! The email that I sent inquiring about the status of my order was answered within two hours of when I sent it. Yes, it took longer than expected to ship. However, while waiting for my order to arrive I simply went to Wal-Mart and bought a couple of bottles of green coffee bean extract to use until the ones that I purchased online arrived. Between cutting out my between-meal snacking and taking the extract twice a day I have lost 6 pounds over the last couple, so I do believe that the product works. This company has made an effort to communicate by sending out the first email explaining their situation and asking for patience and understanding, and also by replying to negative reviews continuing to explain the situation and reassuring customers that their orders will arrive, just later than expected. Everyone truly needs to just have a little bit of patience.

I ordered this product May 3, 2012 and have never recieved so I cannot give you a review. Todays date is May 22, 2012.

Why did it take nearly a month to received the coffee beans. I understand free shipping, but my goodness 7 days at least.
