I orderd my product 5/3/12 and it is now 5/23/12 and i have not recieved anything. I have tried the 800 number multiple times and it has been busy or states the mailbox is full or rings and rings and rings, Emailing is a joke. Im afraid i paid for nothing, and i was looking forward to the product. I doubt i will recieve a refund either at this point. I do not reccomend.

My order was placed 17 days ago, but has not yet arrived. I have tried to call the Pure Health customer service line; however, it is continually busy. I have e-mailed them but have not recieved an answer. If they have not reached out to me by tomorrow, I will have to assume this is a RIP-OFF and report them to their state's office of the attorney general.

We have 25 people answering phones all day and calls are coming in so consistently we have been unable to even get an outside line! I have 10,000 emails in our Pure Health inbox every day and only manage to get through an average of 4000 in our 15 hour day and I am very sorry I have been unable to reply sooner but if you email me directly I will get right back to you. IT HAS BEEN ON MONTH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER YET. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A EMAIL OR PHONE CALL REGARDING STATUS OF MY ORDER. VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT DELIVERY SERVICE WHO KNOWS WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS. DELIVERY IS TOO SLOW. WHEN I FINALLY CALLED MYSELF TO CHECK ON STATUS AGENT WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME A SHIP DATE OR EVEN IF MY ORDER HAS WENT OUT YET SHE SAID AS FAR AS SHE KNOWS IT COULD BE BOXED UP JUST SITTING IN WAREHOUSE WAITING TO BE SHIPPED. THAT WAS NOT REASSUING. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

Placed order over a month ago tried to call a number of times phone is always busy or just rings constantly. Calling my credit card company to file for fraud. Do not order from pure health 101!!!

I placed my order on May 1st and my money was taken right away. If order was going to be on back order money should not have been taken and all involved should have had the option to continue with order process. I understand you were overwelmed due to the show but that is not an excuse for poor business practices. I have emailed but no response. I have asked for my order to be cancelled but still no response! I have been buying the product 'from your company' through Walmart for less money so please refund my money.

This product unlike other companies is "pure". At a time when other companies were inflating their price after Dr. Oz promoted Pure Green Coffee Bean and Raspberry Ketone supplements, this company remained consistent. I have been using these products for only one week and have lost 5 lbs. without changing a thing. I recommend these products as well as this company highly!
