Would put ZERO stars, but had no option. Ordered April 29, it is now last wk of May and am STILL waiting for product delivery. Have called... Phone just rings and rings. Very poor customer satisfaction. This company was blessed to get the tremendous business they did, thanks to Dr Oz. Unfortunately this company will now suffer repeat orders due to lack of implementing good business etiquette. No product = Dissatisfied customer = No business AND a report to BBB.

Phones are not reachable, confirmation number not found on the web search. Seems like it was a scam - the card was charged but no word on when I can get my order.

I ordered my products May 2nd . Its is May 23rd & so far no sign of it. Nobody answers the customer service phone line. Nobody responded to my email inquiry. Besides , there was no tracking # given to check the status of my order. Why would I recommend your website to anyone...I feel scammed

Well, going on the website was very user friendly. I quickly Found what I was looking for and my order was just a click away...so I thought. That was May 6h, today is May 23rd..still Nothing. No correspondence saying the status of the order, mailbox to customer service was "full" so I can't get a real person. I'm starting to think I got Scammed. Not cool.

It took a while to get my Green Coffee Bean Extract pills, but I understood that. There was great demand since the airing of the Dr. Oz show touting the pills... BUT, I ordered six bottles and only received 4. Mind you, I was charged for 6. I called customer service and they we're very nice and seemed upset that this mistake had happened. So, now I wait again to hopefully get my two other bottles.6-1-12 UPDATE!!! STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY 2 BOTTLES THAT I PAID FOR!!! I PLACED MY ORDER ON APRIL 27th.

I received a e-mail to check my order to see if correct. They spelled my name wrong. I talked to Jessica said she was a manager. She said she was very busy it did not matter my name was wrong and hung up on me. I'm telling all my friends not to buy vitamins from this fly by night company. Jean Wisdom

Unfortunately, my order was placed on May 7 in CT and to this day, May 23, I have received nothing...no notification of delay, no email of shipping, and no apology for this atrocity. I cannot say I will place another order.
