I want my money back - Pure Health LLC was quick to debit my bank account about a month ago but I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I submitted my order on May 3, which was charged to my credit card on May 4. I have not received my order and cannot get in contact with anyone at PureHealth. I have sent 2 emails and tried calling several times. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. Even if you are behind, your customers deserve an update on their orders.

Hi Barbara, We have 25 people answering phones all day and calls are coming in so consistently we have been unable to even get an outside line! I have 10,000 emails in our Pure Health inbox every day and only manage to get through an average of 4000 in our 15 hour day and I am very sorry I have been unable to reply sooner but if you email me directly I will get right back to you. I was charged for my order and never heard back from this company. I have sent them emails and tried calling with no answer. They need to return my money or send me my product.

Yesterday I tried e-mailing Stacy and she responded very quickly and 3 additional times. She supposedly gave me my tracking number and said I should have the product in a few days. I tried the number on the UPS website yesterday and today and it says unavailable. I will try one more time tomorrow which should be enough time to be on their radar and hopefully it is! Otherwise things could get ugly. Buyers BEWARE!

Stacy, Thanks for reply. However I could not get your email address or post a reply here. Let me know how to contact you directly to change the shipping address. 27/May/2012 - I have placed order on 5th of may. After that I wanted to change the delivery address as I am now moving to a different country! There is no response to my emails, the phone number is not answered (lots of money lost on international calls). There is no automatic way to punch in order number to get the status. You should have anticipated such queries before launching online store.
