Ordered placed May 4. Was told the company was running behind and order would ship within 10-14 days at the latest. It's now been 21 days and not only have I not received my order; I am not getting any response from the company as to when I will. I've requested a refund and cancellation of my order. Over all one of the worst on-line ordering experiences I've ever had. Very disappointed.

I ordered the pure green coffee bean extract on May 1st. I immediately got my confirmation followed the next day with a very nice letter about how they have been inundated with orders because of the Doctor Oz show and please be patient. It is now the 25th and I thought I should see what is going on. Using my confirmation number I looked it up and found it no longer exists! Checking my bank account I see the charge to my account has disappeared, but they did not contact me to say they would not be sending it!

I placed an order on May 3rd, was charged and have not received what I ordered. I've called the 888-323-9355 number provided in the order confirmation without a response. I will be taking action to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Not impressed as it is approching 4 weeks now and no contact on how my order is coming along. I have emailed twice with no responce and the support number they give you, know answers it not very impressed at all

I placed my order on May 1st. I received and email a couple days later saying there was a back log, so to speak, and be patient as they get their orders filled....Well on May 17th, I had not received my order. I tried to call but the phone line just put me on perpetual hold. I then sent an email advising I wanted to cancel my order. No response. I then called back on May 22nd, where after a long hold time I was told by one of your representatives that my order was due to ship out Wed the 23rd. I decided not to cancel my order. Well today May 25th. My order STILL HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED and I CANT NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE VIA phone. Needless to say I am a VERY DISSATISFIED customer and I have not even tried your product. I ordered 2 items on April 26th and have yet to get them. I also e-mailed Pure Health to find out where my items were and never got a reply. I won't order again if this is how the company works.
