placed my order on may 3 . still haven't recieved it . placed call to company , all i got was a recording that voicemail was full . was unable to speak to anyone to find out what the delay was . i'm looking forward to trying this product , but i wish they would contact me in sometime soon .

I placed an order, never recieved a confirmation number. I have tried your customer service, which is nonexistent. I have emailed called. Not sure what else to do. The sad part is I was excited about the product, at this point I am done being patient.

I dont' know if you knew the overwhelming response the Dr. Oz show was going to cause but we all have to learn the hard way sometime. I have just started using the product so I cannot tell you about it, I can tell you that customer service person would of been nice to talk to. I called and first got a machine, then I got a continual ringing and then I got "the box you are calling is full". I did reorder my next months supply, so hopefully you will have gotten thing straightened up by then. Thank you.

Like thousands of others, I placed my order on May 3. I did receive an email with an invoice and confirmation number. Waiting patiently after reading your May 13 statement, I decided to check on my order by calling. I called 5 times and the phone is not answered nor will it take a voice message. I partly blame Dr. Oz's show. If you could not handle the orders, do not take the money. A 5 minute update on FB since May 13 (today is May 25) would calm lots of anxious folks. I plan to do whatever it takes to report you to the authorities!

I'm 1 week into taking the Pure Health Pure Green Coffee Bean and I am still waiting to see some results. I wanted to take this and not implement any exercise to make sure it wasn't the exercising that was going to help with the weight loss. I have actually gained a few pounds even though my intake had not changed. I will continue to take it for 1 month, but my hopes of losing weight are not very high :(

I have not received my products although I have been charged for them. And the customer service phone number on the website is a non working number. I have been unable to reach a customer representative.

I have had a good experience with this company. I have ordered from them 3 times. I think what has happened is they grew faster than what was anticipated and in today's world and economy... What a problem to have! These guys are not a scam, just a very small company with a huge demand for a product EVERYONE wants. And Dr. OZ putting is stamp of approval on these natural products has sky rocket the demand. Just RELAX...

I have sent 4 emails to find out where my shipment is and can't get anyone to email me back. Also phone number just indicates there is a backorder and no one will call me back despite leaving 3 voice messages. I still dont' have my product I ordered on 5/5/2012 and it's now 5/25/2012????? No one will tell me when I can expect to receive it because nobody ever calls me back or emails me back!!!!
