Over a month ago placed order. Received confirmation email right after I ordered. Waitedfewweeks after hearing nothing. Emailed several times - nothing! Try calling everyday - either mailbox full or just rings & rings! What is up? So far I have not been charged but the point is am I ever going to get what I ordered or should I order elsewhere! Guess it pays to order from a company you have heard of! Not just the place with the best deal!

I placed an order on April 29. I received one email stating that they were overwhelmed with orders and that there would be a delay, but that they would ship within a week or so. I waited 2 weeks and sent an email asking for a status update and have heard nothing. I have been very patient and forgiving, but this has gone on too long.

I placed my order on May 2nd still have not recieved it have tried to call and sent several emails to talk with someone but get no answer. Now I have canceled the order I sure hope thay don't try to process.

Come on people we knew there would be a run on this product when we all saw it on Dr.Oz. I understand after receiving the email stating from PureHealth100’s customer service that they are swamped with orders. I for one am very pleased that a company here is being inundated with business and has been able to hire more people. We ordered a few weeks ago as well and I’m realistically thinking I will not get my order till early to mid June. And you know what that’s ok with me. I was fat when I ordered the product and I’m sure I will still be fat when it arrives. Let’s look at the big picture , a small-ish US company had a run on product (YEA!!) they had to hire more people (YEA!!) they have to order / produce more product. That takes time and frankly I’m willing to wait. Now let’s hold off a bit on the negative reviews and give these people a break after all just like when Oprah would start a stampede to an obscure small business so has Dr. Oz. Order not filled and no response to emails. It has been over a month.

I placed and order on May 4th, 2012 and this is now May 25,2012 and the order was still not shipped. Sent email on the 14th to see why not shipped and they told me that they are taking about 14days to get orders shipped. Clearly mine has now gone over the 3 week mark.

I am impressed with the detailed brochure that came along with the product and the fact that there are no additives, so I will most likely give the company another try in the near future.

UGH OK IM STARTING TO GET VERY UPSET WITH THIS WHOLE SITUATION IM TO THE POINT WHEN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU GUYS I WANT TO SAY SCREW MY ORDER AN GET MY MONEY BACK ON TOP OF THAT YOU CAN NOW FIND THE 800MG SUPER PURE GREEN COFFEE BEAN AS SEEN ON TV FOR $9.00 WITH OUT THIS LONG WAIT AN AGERVATION :(
