maybe you should ask me again when or if i receive my order which I placed on may 1st and monies taken out of bank account may 3 and now it is may 26...have called, only get busy signal, have emailed to no avail...what gives?? thank goodness i paid with paypal...i guess i will take it up with them! Was really trying to give purehealth a chance...i order just about everything on-line and have NEVER waited this long for an order!!!

Poor customer contact from original order and 4 weeks later I still do not have an ETA nor any coMmunication relative to my order. Found them via a Prevention magazine article and then have learned that Dr. Oz was a factor in them being "overwhelmed" with requests...seems they care aboutt their Dr. Oz clients and not "normal" clients and so I am honestly exasperated....definitely will take my business elsewhere if I don't get my order by June 1...I think a month's wait time in the age of the internet is more than reasonable to wait and if we go into 5 weeks, this company should NOT be doing business online at all!!!!!

The service was excellent. PureHealth sent me an email informing me that due to the Dr. Oz's show and the number of orders that have been placed that PureHealth would send out the produce as soon as possible. I received an email that the order was shipped and it arrived within a few weeks of my placing the order. I was very happy with everything.

I paid for thr product but I have not received the product, I have tried to call the company 5 times and can never connect. I get no ring, it is just static. I now believe this web site is a total scam!!

When I checked to see the status of my order, Pure Health denied the Order Number existed even though it is on my order confirmation as the Order/Invoice number. I could understand their being slow but to deny what is on the invoice doesn't look good for future orders ( or maybe even this one.)

KEPT PROMISING TO SHIP ORDER BUT NEVER DID AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO OFFER A FREE BOTTLE OF ANYTHING I WANTED. THINK THAT EVER HAPPENED? NO! WORSE SELLER I'VE EVER SEEN!!!!
