I ordered the coffee bean extract in april & around may 4th I received an e-mail asking me to rate my product & service. At this time, I was confused because I had not received the product. I figured maybe it would come in the mail in the next day or so. Wrong. A week later I received an e-mail telling me that it was backordered. After another 2 weeks I then contacted the company both calling and e-mailing wondering where my product was and requesting a refund. I never received any response & a week or so later I received my product. No apology or communication. I don't know that I would order from them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....I placed my order last month,I had a confirmation and a letter of apology which was fine if the delay was a couple of weeks. I tried calling and weren't able to get through. This company got slammed with orders and they took the time to email me personally and let me know that there would be a small delay in the delivery of my products. Who does that anymore?! They know what they are selling and write at length about their products. They are always available to answer your questions and you have access to tracking your orders as well. Good products, good management, good people, good professionals!

I did order Coffee Bean pills on 05/14/12 and I haven't received my product yet as 05/26/12. No one has send a email to let me know if there was a problem or out of stock etc.

Ordered on 5/6 , and have not received it as of 5/26

Placed an order nearly a month ago and have not received it, even I was told it would arrive in 7-10 days. I emailed the company requesting information regarding my order and never heard back. Have also tried calling many times and there is no answer. I am unhappy to say the least with the lack professionalism and customer service.
