Price is important to me to even order the green coffee bean item.

This review will tell you exactly what to expect. My first order went incredibly smooth at the end of march/beginning of April. My second order, was a mess though. My second order took 3 weeks to ship and it was near impossible to get a response. Then when I received the product, it was the wrong product. However they remedied this quickly and wonderfully. What customers need to understand - Unfortunately things are a mess because this is a small business that has been slammed with orders because of the Dr. Oz show. They never expected this growth. The information on their website regarding shipping was correct at one point, however they are now struggling to play catch up. I gave the company 4 instead of 5 stars because I believe there are steps that they should take in this situation. I advised the company they desperately need to post on their website about the delay in shipping. They need to post something on their homepage and tracking page about the overwhelming demand resulting in back-ordered product, and the fact it is taking an average of 3-4 weeks for orders to ship/deliver. While they may loose some customers desperate for product, many faithful customers would just prepare to wait. This information would also greatly reduce the calls/emails they are receiving about order statuses and enable their customer service to respond in a timely matter to more pressing matters. Final thoughts - If you want this product (and I do love the product), then be patient and understand that you will need to wait 3-4 weeks to receive it. Overwhelming them with calls/emails just results in frustration because they are struggling to handle them.

It took way too long to ship!

I placed my order several weeks ago and have not gotten it yet. I have sent several emails to Pure Health asking for the order status with no response! Will never order again, due to the poor customer service. As far as I know, I lost my money because I paid for something that I have not gotten.

I haven 't received the product and today Wal -mart had the product for 9.99. Cancel my order and reverse the charge. What a rp off to charge my PayPal prior to shipping

Patience was what this was all about. The service was extremely slow, but I understood why and hold nothing against the company. I read some of the negative comments regarding the company and I chose to have good faith and knew they would come through and I received my order. Good things come to those who wait and I am glad I did.

I am very disappointed with this company. When I placed my order, I was told the product was ready to ship. I waited about 3 weeks to receive my product. Once I received it, I am very doubtful as to its purity or if the product is even what it suppose to be. I have been taking it for a week and have not received any of the benefits that it is suppose to give. I plan to find a local health food store to see if I can get some pure green coffee extract. I had purposely waited until I received the product and used it before giving my comments. Please do more research before buying from this company.

I was completely excited to order from Pure Health as it seemed to be all natural products which is rare to find these days. After about a week I emailed asking why I have not recieved a confirmation to my oreder and when would it be shipped? Thank God I printed my order page! I never got a reply then about 10-14 days I got online to check if I could find out any updates to my order and it said shipped on 5-13-12 with no tracking number? I called three times to only get a rolling ring. I am completely unsatisfied and want my money returned as they had no problem removing my money from my bank the day I ordered and I have never gotten any product in return. It's disheartening.
