I knew that when I placed the order that if would be a very popular choice as the product had just been featured on Dr.Oz. I really appreciated that the company let me know that they had the product, however it would be delayed because of the volume of orders being placed. It did take 3 weeks to arrive, meanwhile I had been in contact with the Pure Health to ask if they could give me a time line and I received a very nice reply from Natalie. I now have the product and am looking forward to great results.

My order was placed on May 7 got a confirmation # and have not heard anything until order was shipped on May 27. It would have been comforting know that they were swamped with orders and given an expected ship date early on.

I ordered Green Bean Coffee extract on MAY 1. It is now May 29th. I sent you -e-mails to find out why I HAVE NOT received my order # 8586962875. I have called for WEEKS. Your phone rings BUSY Every time !! I will never order from you again. I will advise family and friends to follow suit.

Ordered this a month ago and it just came, worst customer service

I know having Dr Oz hype up people to become more aware of alternatives of fat loss. This product was on demand and out of stock. So it took a little longer than expected to get my shipment. But it finally came, and I was happy.

I ordered a product on May 8, 2012, and never received it. Oh, but they charged my credit card immediately!!! I've tried contacting them through email and via phone, but no response. I think giving them one star is WAY TOO generous!!!
