I placed my order on may 8th I have not recieved my merchandise sent an email for an update on my purchase still havent recieved a response i feel like this a scam website

I payed and never received the 2 bottles of green beans supplement. Ian not happy. Please send my order ASAP.

I ordered a supplement on May 8th. I received a confirmation email. I still have not received my product and it's now May 29th. I tried calling the customer service number and I cannot get through. I sent a message on May 22nd and have not heard back from them. I sent another email earlier today with the hopes of getting explanation of what is going on. The "good" thing is that they did not yet deduct anything from my account. I am trying to figure out what is going on and no one is getting back with me!

I ordered the product on May 8th. On May 9th I received an email from the company indicating that orders had increased 5000% due to the Dr. Oz show and that I would receive my order within 14 days. 3 weeks later I have still not received my order. My credit card was charged at the time of my order. According to the customer service section of the website by order was not even shipped until May 27th. I emailed the company 3 times to inquire about the status of my order. I did not receive a single reply. I telephoned the company many times. The phone just rings and rings and rings. I understand that the increased volume was unexpected and the company is doing the best they can but don't put orders through a customer's credit card 2 and half weeks before you are prepared to ship the order. Respond to client emails and answer the phone!

You will not get your products

It says the product will be shipped in 3 to 10 days and it is now almost a month and I still have not got my order. I have tried calling and sent e-mails to them and got no response. I can't even get in touch of them to cancel my order. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

never heard back from the seller regarding my order and dog ar I did not receive the order

I ordered on 4/28 and am still waiting. Customer service is non-existant and I've contacted Paypal to resolve. It was great that they sent out an email the 1st week stating how busy they were because of Dr Oz but I was assured as I'm sure many others they had the product and were working day and night to fulfil shippments. A week later I sent an email for a status and got the same email about their volume but it did say orders will ship within 14 business days of order. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing. So I'll take my business elsewhere. At least they are up front on their website that it will take 2-4 weeks but they don't take your money until shipped. You can't reach Pure Health by phone and my last email was ignored too. Buyer Beware
