This company is CRAPPY!
I placed an order on the 7th of May. Today is the 29th. I've sent 2 emails asking where my order is and at this point to cancel my order. I still haven't received a reply from them one way or another. I ordered the same item from a different website and received it in 10 days. This company/website is a joke, a rip off and a sham!!!

We ordered several wks ago. We never recieved a confirmation order and we have not recieved our product. I have tried several times to reach them by phone but it rings forever without anyone picking up and then states "mailbox is full". We are extremely disappointed!

Disappointed
I ordered my product on 5/8/12 and as of 5/29/12 I still have not received my order or an email as to why it hasn't been shipped. I will not buy from this company again.

Lacking in communication with customers
On May 8, 2012 I submitted an order for 4 bottles of pure green coffee bean extract. Last week I checked the status to find that there was no ship date. I began to call to find that both numbers I have either were busy or that the mail boxes were full. I then sent an email to follow through and still have not received any type response.

Terrible Service
Order was placed on May 7, 2012, as of today I have not received the items. For 2-weeks the phone rang without answer. Then 3-weeks later you get a recording stating that orders for May 2, will be shipped the following Thursday. Not sure what Kind of Company this is. Now I am worried if their product is really authentic.
