Never got my order

I placed an order, waited a couple days, and went to check the status. My order was listed, but there was no delivery date. I contacted the company via e-mail, but received no response. I left a voicemail message but, again, no response. I sent more e-mails, one with lots of !!!!! and finally got a response. The woman was very nice and said they were backlogged, and she apologized. However, there should have been some notification that shipments were delayed; and a faster response would have been appreciated. I now see that my order was shipped; but when I click on the tracking column, nothing happens. I might be doing something wrong, but there are no instructions. I just hope when the product does arrive, it does what it claims . . .

PLACED ORDER ON 5/7/12. Payment was posted 5/7/12. Requested order status on 5/20/12. No reply received. As of today 5/29/12 I have received neither product nor order status. Seems to be taking too long or something's gone wrong.

You were out of stock and didn't even share that information with me before or after I ordered. I finally had to call you to get that information. That is very unprofessional and inconsiderate !!!

I ordered green tea coffee bean extract over a month ago. I never received it. I tried calling the customer service number and it is a weird ring that continues to ring and no answer. I put my invoice number in your form on your website to track the order and received a reply back that my invoice doesn't exist. You riped me off and I am reporting you to the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and the FBI. I would like a full refund but I am pretty sure I won't get it.

Please do not order f rom them. It is a scam. I ordered almost a month ago. They do not anwser thier emails or thier telephone calls. I am in the proccess of filing with Pay Pal right now.

I can't possibly give a review of the product as I have not received it 2 months after I ordered. Thank you for the messsage that you have been overwhelmed with the demand, but the non-receipt over this period of time is not acceptable.

I placed an order on May 7, 2012 and as of May 29, 2012 I have yet to receive the product. I have sent 2 emails inquiring about the status of my order and have not received a response. My next step is to contact the better business bureau as well as the site that recommended the use of your company as a trusted source.
