I ordered products from this company and it took over a month to be delivered. The next day April 27th the day after my 1st order I placed another order for a different product, it is now May 29th and I have not received the 2nd product. I placed several phone calls daily to this company and got a recording saying they were backed up on orders, and I should leave my information and they would return my call...a month later I have NOT received a courtesy call back. This is not the way to do business or treat customers!!!!

Since it took so long to receive an order, i should have been informed as to what the problem was. I emailed many times, and called the toll free #. I never received an answer for either source. This is not the way a business should operate if they want to keep their customers. It's only common courtesy to inform a customer of any problem, especially when one has called and written so many times.

I ordered this 3 weeks ago and have not seen nor have I heard anything from you except this survey. I asked yesterday through email where my order was, and have not received a reply. I am afraid my money is gone!

I am working with my bank because I charged with debit, sent two other e-mails about when I will be receiving my purchase but ths company did not respond.

I ordered the product a few weeks ago, and the money has been taken out of my pay pal account, however I have received no updates what so ever on when I will be receiving my shipment. I have never tried this product and don't know if I would again as I feel like I'll never be getting it at this point. Not sure if this is a scam or not, but it seems like I would have at least gotten some sort of update on when I would be receiving my order. Very disappointed.

I ordered a very popular product and it took exactly a month to receive it, but along the way Pure Health notified me until it shipped. I am going to order some more products in the very near future as I was completely satisfied with this company.

I am still waiting to receive my order. I placed my order several weeks ago, and the money was taken from my account, but haven't heard anything from purehealth100.com since.

I am still waiting for my order this is very disapointing.
