I will never place an order from your company. I have yet to receive what I ordered. Made several attempts to contact the company wth out success. Phone was always busy or would have a constant ringing. I have made a claim they PayPal. Very dissapointes wIth this company. They don't know what customer service is about.

It's been 4 weeks since I ordered and it's not here yet. VERY slow service -- if at all! I'm beginning to wonder if it's a real website and if they intend to send anything at all.

so I ordered these pure green coffee beans online from this company and paid with my visa on May 8th. I got confirmation from the company, but no shipping or tracking info. I've written to them twice via email and now it's the 29th of the month. I;ve gotten no response other than this dumb survey and I do not have my order that I paid them $30 for. I'm not happy at all. They could have at least answered my emails. Poor customer service, in my opinion

I never received my order!! And can't call because something is wrong with there phone number! I didn't see that they took $ out of my acct.. and they better not or there will be a big problem. Very unsaticfied

I never received the order. The charge never appeared on my credit card statement. I thought that the attempted purchase did not transmit properly.

I never received any product. Sent emails... no response. Tried to call.... no answer. I want a refund.

I understand that getting the word out is important, but what did you truly expect once the news about your Green Coffee Bean extract was aired on the Dr. Oz show? Customer Service should have been better prepared to relay the fact that the processing delay would be a month or more.
