Placed an order on May 8..is now May 29...still no product...have emailed a couple of times with one response, which was mainly that they have been swamped with orders, hired more people, blah, blah...just excuses no output....will fine other suppliers for my needs...bet they will NOT have repeat customers..

I am still waiting for my order which was purchased 5/8

I purchased the green coffee bean and it really works however because DR. OZ recomended it there was a delay in shipping because they were out off stock but i received an email telling me it would be late arriving.

I ordered two items on May 8 and have received nothing--and no responses to my two e-mails after the order also.

I ordered a very, very popular product on April 30th. On May 4th, I received a notice that Purehealth100.com was backed up with orders, but they were adding more shifts to fill all the business and I would receive an email with a tracking number when my order shipped. On May 16th, I sent a note asking for an update. On May 25th, I checked the site again for my shipping status and my order was marked "shipped". If it was still in process, I was going to cancel the order. I never received a confirmation to my email of the 16th, and I never received a shipping notification that my order was on its way. I checked my mailbox today (May 29th) and my order had arrived. A little communication goes a long way. I am not sure if I will order from Purehealth100.com again because I ended up buying that product from another company that was able to deliver my order within a week. I wouldn't have minded the 4-week wait as much had Purehealth100.com been able to give me a timeline, responded to my email query, and sent the shipping notification as promised. I didn't like the lack of response from Purehealth100.com The product itself was shipped well, came in a nice bottle, and seems to be as promised.

I ordeded and large order $129.16 and here it is almost a moth later and still havent recived a e-mail or my order! they even charged my card and still waiting to recieve a refund!!!!!!!! very pissed ! I think they are fraud!

I placed an order weeks ago after a reasonable time I contacted them and got a reply saying they were over loaded with orders but were hiring more help that has not helped I still don't have my order now they don't reply to my email. I think I got ripped off.

My order was confermed on 5-7-12 and it oa now 5-29-12 and i havent recived my order nor did i hear for any one
