Expensive Product, slow to ship and no customer support

I ordered Pure Health Items 1 Pure Red Raspberry Ketones - 400 mg Capsules - 30 Count @ $12.49 = $12.49 2 Pure Green Coffee Bean - 400 mg Capsules - 30 Count @ $12.99 = $25.98 Sub-Total: $38.47 I paid for the order on April 26th and received a remark from Pure Health asking to be patient since they received many orders and I should expect my order within 14 days. As of today, I still have not received my order. I really wanted to be added to the mailing list, but if the orders are not going to be shipped, I think I will check with my local natural stores.

Previous order of product (red raspberry keytone) was fine. 2nd order was incorrect and rec'd wrong product. Would be helpful to customer to have return capabilities without having to pay to repackage and reship for errors.

At no point was I ever able to track my order. My numerous phone calls were never returned. I finally emailed and told you to cancel my order. It was not cancelled. A month after I placed the order, I received the order. I want nothing from this company ever again. If you cannot correspond and it takes a month, you don't need my business. Jeri Copeland

It took over a month to receive order; no one ever answers the phone, and today finally received order of two bottles of the green coffee bean extract and the one bottle was empty.

I have not yet received my product that I ordered 21 days ago. After 7 days I called 3 times to receive a message that the mailbox was full. I emailed at least twice, maybe more asking the status of my order and got no response. I am glad to see that they have finally charged my card but I am skeptical as to whether I will receive the product.

It took over three weeks to receive the product ordered. I was told it was in stock when I ordered - yet it still took that length of time before it was shipped.
