It has been one month since I placed my order and I still have not received my product, I even tried to call the phone number that they have provided and all I could hear is a series of multiple rings. Because of this I would not recommend this company, no product no customer services no good.

On May 9th I ordered coffee grean bean capsules X4, which when I ordered stated was in stock. IF that is the case I am wondering why it took over 2 weeks to ship. I was concerened...tried to call and couldn't get through via the phone, and emails sent were not acknowledged. IF the problem was that there was a great demand, and there was a backorder-post something on the site...something. Do not just leave people 'hanging' not knowing what is going on. Info says my product was shipped on the 27th (Sunday).

I placed my order 5/8/12, its now 5/30/12 and I still haven't received my order. When I emailed the company to ask about my order the emails I received from the company seemed to have attitude in them......Hopefully I will get my order one day!?!?........

I place an order on 5/9/2012 and have stiil not received the merchandise on 5/29/12. I also emailed 3 times to find out the status of my order and have yet to get a reply. This opinion poll is the first correspondence from this company that I have received. I would truly like a refund but don't see a mechanism to obtain such. These people should be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

I placed an order with this company since the beginning of May today is the 29th they promised shipping two weeks ago. Will really rethink ordering from them again!

I ordered a product more than 1 month ago and still have not received it. I tried to call the Customer Service number listed on my order confirmation and their website and there is NO answer EVER! The invoice number that I was given to track the shipping of the product no longer works either. I have emailed Customer Service to find out about the progress of my order...We'll see??!!
