While I understand being very busy with orders, I was willing to wait for my order. At last it arrived and I was so excited and couldn't wait to get started taking the product. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the shipment was only two items and I had ordered three. I tried to contact the company via their website and phone # provided. No response at all. Phone just rang continuously and I couldn't leave a message. I have emailed them twice to no avail. I have just started the supplements so I can not comment on them.

They never mailed me my product dont know why and customer service number never answers and does not reply to your email!

i have placed my order on may 9th and i still have not recieved the product, very unprofessional on how they handle orders not even a phone call the only reason i was givin a call was because i left several messages. it is now may 30th and i still have not recieved my order, i will never order anything from here again????????

I know they were bombarded with orders but it's no excuse not to answer emails or their phone. After 10 days I decided to call but the phone just rang and rang. As of today I still have not received anything even though my order states shipped. We will see if it gets here by the end of the week. A disclaimer on the website stating that shipping is backed up would have been nice. Then a customer can decide if they want to wait that long. I'm not sure I will order from them again.

Ordered on May 9th and still haven't received what we ordered. This will probably be the last order from us.

UPDATE: Just wanted to follow up with my review because my order arrived in the mail yesterday. YAY! I ordered online on May 6 and I have not received my order. I tried calling but got an automated response stating the mailbox is full. I tried e-mailing and to date I have not received a response. My credit card has not been charged, which is appreciated. I would like to know if I should just order elsewhere as no harm is done.

I ordered on May 9th and have had no correspondence from the company. I've tried to call to get an update and got a busy signal and/or no answer. I emailed and got no response! Awful customer service. I would cancel but I can't reach anyone!

It's been 5 weeks since I ordered and no produce. I feel this company doesn't give a rat ass about their customer. Very poor customer service. I can't rate the product if they don't deliver it!!!
