i ordered this product weeks ago and i still have receeive my purcchases. i should not have to call to see where my product is , as a company you should call me and tell me why my product is and why havent i receive

you take way to long for my product to arrive, i ordered something from countryside pet and had it in 2 days.

so I ordered 2 bottles of pure green coffee extract like over 3 weeks ago, at first I was like well even though they said it was in stock, with the demand of the stuff right know I thought to be patient until the 3rd week. so I tried calling several times morning and afternoon with a busy signal. so I have yet to fing out where the heck my order is and then I check my email and I get this "how did we do" PLEASE call me (407)697-8292

I ordered bottles of the raspberry Ketone in the beginning of May and still haven't received my order yet! When I call customer service I can't ever get in contact with someone and voicemail is always full. I'm very disappointed, upset and not satisified at all!

I placed my order on May 9th and received my confirmation right away. No tracking. I have tried to phone twice with no answer and emailed 3 times with no response. My order was almost $100. What would your opinion be? Today is the 30th.

Never received the product and when I tried to contact them there was no answer or no response of any kind. We should have been contacted if there was a backorder. All we got was a confirmation of order and when I put that number in on the site to find out the status and that didn't even work. Pitiful!

I order over a month ago. You took my money and I have yet to receive my merchandise.
