I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our delay has caused but please understand we are not a scam company, very real and one of the very few who have 100% pure products and that is the reason we have been so busy! We have 25 people answering phones but it rings so continuously we are unable to get to every call and we are receiving 10,00+ email every day and unfortunately, cannot get through them all, No excuses, just facts. Do not pay these people your money!!!!!!!! Paid at the first of may. They charged Mae and haven't shipped since then. No one answers the customer service number! Screw these guys they deserve to get closed down. Can't give zero stars!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a product on May 7th. One week later I followed up, or rather, tried following up on the wherabouts of my order. The phone number listed to this day doesn't work, I can ever get through the busy signal or I get disconnected. Emailing attempts failed 4 or 5 times. I simply wanted a response. My account was charged today, and I was just getting ready to cancel. I became worried that this company was or is a scam. But now I see that the product was just mailed out to me on 5/27. So we shall see. I'm hoping it is worth waiting for.
