Service was horrible. I placed an order online. Its been 3 weeks and never received it. Didn't see a final charge on my card except pending at first. Im guessing out of stock but even then i should have a least received a courtesy email with status. Never buying from there again.

I place my order on May 12. It is now June 2nd. Still haven't received my order. When I called the phone number listed, disconnected after the first ring. I tried the number at least ten times over the course of a few days. I sent an email as well. No response. Horrible company. And I'm out $52. Zero stars.

Not happy with pure health cause I haven't received my product yet and I ordered it almost a month ago.

product is good but delivery time was very slow, they said they would let me know when it was shipped but didn't. but all in all I have returned. They said it's slow because of Dr. Oz

I like the Pure Green Coffee Bean product. The only negative is that it takes 3 weeks for it to be shipped.

Shipping information was not available and trying to get info through email and telephone went unanswered. In fact, due to lack of certainity regarding the shipment, I contact both PayPal and my credit card company to issue a payment dispute and refund of money. Shipment arrived June 1, and was ordered on May 12. Probably will not do business with Pure Health again.

Product was purchased through ecommerce from Pure Health on 5/9/12. A confirmation email was received but then nothing happened to process the order. After 10 days passed without the payment being processed and no follow-up emails explaining the reason for the shipment being delayed, we attempted to contact Pure Health. Phone calls were not answered and emails would not go through. We suspected that their website was a scam but they never attempted to process payment. In frustration we purchased the product we had ordered from another source. We once more attempted to cancel the order with Pure Health without success.We promptly received the product from another source through Amazon. On the 29th of May payment was finally processed by Pure Health and we received the product that was ordered on 5/9/12 on the first of June. There was no explanation or apology from Pure Health as to why it took 23 days to receive the product. We will not use them again.

order a month ago and still haven`t received anything, trying to contact someone over the phone is pretty much impossible! email customer service to track my order or find out any kind of information and no answer! customer service doesn't exist for this people!!! you should have the REAL information about shipping times and if the items are in stock or out; saw my bank statement the money was process and i hope to receive my order soon otherwise i would dispute the charges and mark this as fraud.
