I ordered the product on May 12th. I was promised for 3 weeks, would get it. I still have not received it as of June 2nd. I am disputing my charges, reporting this company to the FTC and BBB. I call the line is always busy and received responses twice from Stacy, but still no product.

I ordered my product more than a month ago and still not have it. I've tried more times than I can count to call and speak to someone and that has never happened. I've sent email on their site and no answer.

Took over a month to get the product ... very poor turn around time ...

Need to send email on estimated delivery so you doing guess when its gonna be there

My order was placed on May 7th and it took nearly 4 weeks to ship. Never sent an updated shipping status nor responded to emails or phone calls.

Have not received the products I have ordered. I have tried LOTS of times to call the 888# and either get a busy signal or a fast busy signal so I have to give my opinion a big fat 0!

They have a good variety of products at decent prices; but, I have to say on the 100% pure blackberry capsules, they are very slow in getting them mailed out. I think they could turn around the time ordered and shipped. That needs some improvement; however, that will not deter me from ordering from them again. I would just suggest better ship time. Thank you.

Placed and order on May 12th and still have yet to receive. The order was finally mailed on May28th, When I placed my order there was no mention of item being back ordered or any other delay for that matter??? I am a regional supervisor and if we gave the same service we would no longer be in business.
