ordered 3 bottles of Black Raspberry Capsules & received order confirmation on 5/09/2012. On 06/01/2012 I received 3 bottles of Green Coffee Bean. When I called 888-3BE-WELL I get a wierd buzzing & no ring. Will try to email to resolve problem!!! I've ordered before with quick & accurate turn around. Don't know what happened this time!

after waiting for a month I have never received the order. This is unacceptable and unreasonable. You have had the money for over a month and that is something I will tell all my friends.

getting a hold of this company is almost impossible I ordered the poduct was given a confirmation code. My product didnt arrive after 2 weeks so i try to go thru my sign in and it couldnt locate my purchase even with a confirmation nbr. I reordered thinking maybe there was a problem wth my order once again I had not rcvd signed in and put my new conf# and again my ordered was not located. Calling the nbr on the website is a joke it says voice mail full and no one ever answers i really tried. I ordered from diff company rcvd in 3 days from other company. few days later i got both orders now im stuck with both the email and phone they give is ridiculous. I know nothing is done with this negative complaints but suffice to say I will never ordered again from this company and will always warn people not to do biz with you.

I realize the over flow of orders put a great deal of stress on your company, I hope this will no longer be a problem

I place my order on 5/12/12 Pure Health took the money the next day and did not ship the product till 5/28/12 when I tried to call to check on my order phones would just ring.

While I can understand that the due to the Pure Green Coffee Bean supplements being featured on Dr Oz drove demand sky high, Pure Health did nothing in the way of communicating if and when the item would be available. An estimate would have sufficed for many. Instead we heard nothing. The voicemail remained full each day, therefore we couldn't leave messages. Most people are understanding when things like this happen; what we don't understand or appreciate is being kept in the dark. Giving us information is giving us an option...wait or go elsewhere. Hope they learned at least that much from their awful handling of this situation.
