I wasn't given an estimated time of arrival. So I emailed the company and never heard a response back. I ended up getting my shipment but it came after 3 weeks.

Considering the circumstance that PureHealth was inundated with orders after the Dr. Oz show, the service was fairly prompt. Only thing I would recommend, suggest the company to do, is to ramp up communication to their customers who are waiting for a product. I had to go to the Facebook website to find out what was going on.

I placed an order on May 13th and received a confirmation. That was nice. I tried to call customer service to track shipment and the phones rang and rang and rang. Then I sent an E-Mail, and never received a response. Finally, after 3 weeks the product arrived. Sorry, but not good customer service, and still need to determine if the product is worth the wait or if I will go to another vendor.

I ordered on May 10, 2012 and today is June 4, 2012 and I still have not received my order. I had to go to Pure Healths facebook page to find out why there was a delay. I also found out that Walmart sells their Green Coffee Beans so I went over to the store and bought a bottle for $9.99. So not only am I still waiting for my order, I also paid more online from the factory for it.

I ordered this product on May 10 and have not received the item as of June 1.

Pure Health communicated extremely well throughout the order process and did everything they said they would do.

I'm very pleased with Pure Health and will definitely order from them again. I totally trust this company!!!

ordered on the 13th of may and didnt receive until June 2nd due to a back log on orders..but there were updates on facebook and twitter..they tried very hard to catch up on orders despite all the threats and negative comments made.....but all in all I think they did well and i will order again
