I placed my order over a month ago. The phone rings funny, can't leave a message but my credit card was charged. I've contacted AMEX to reverse the charges.

After placing my order on line,(which is not very user friendly) the order took three weeks to ship.The phone number that is on the site is always busy. I will not order from this company again.

It tooks over three weeks to receive my product, and I did not receive an email stating the reason for long wait.

Your website stated the product was in stock and it took over 3 weeks to receive the goods.

I have tried reach your customer care number there is no response. I haven't received my order yet . I am going to challenge with my credit card company if I don't receive my package in the next two days. Your service is pathetic . Wish I could give zero ratings.

The quality of the product is yet to be determined since I just got the product two days ago, which was just over 3 weeks from the date of my on-line purchase. I tried calling Customer Service and the phone number kept ringing a very strange ring. I tried this numerous times over numerous days after I still hadn't received the shipment two weeks after the order was placed. I tried emailing and no response there either. I had placed the order with a credit card, but did not see the charge on the card, and I was very tempted to call VISA and have them not approve the charge, so that I could find a similar product at another vendor. If a product isn't going to be shipped right away, Pure Health should let the consumer know what to expect.

I ordered the green coffe bean extract on May 9th. I thought when I ordered this it would be delivered somewhere between 5-7 business days. Who knew it would take so long? I went on the webiste every few days to see when my item would be shipped and finally I got the mesage saying my order was shipped on May 28th. I received the package on June 2nd. I can't figure out why it would take so long to get my item. I guess you have to order everything a full month before when you actually want it!

I ordered on may 14th, writing a message that i need to know it the product was backed order, i never received an answer i call few times and everytime they gave me a shipping date and they never shipped on those dates. finally on may 28th they marked my order as shipped but they never gave me the tracking, even when i called (which is very difficult the number rarely works) they could give me the tracking, So today is june 4th and i still don't know if my order shipped or not,
