No response to email inquiry or notification of shipping. That is just poor customer service.

Got a confirmation of order. Then no communication on when product would be delivered or status of the order. Waited two weeks and emailed them - no answer. Waited another week and sent a very pointed email on the transaction and how long I would wait to hear from them. Got a reply that day that it was shipping.

It took over 3 weeks to receive my order which was supposed to be in stock. I sent several e-mails with no response. The phone # on the web site was of no help either. When I call it was just a continuous ring with no answer. I think they need to up date their web site with the proper info so customers can get ahold of someone if necessary.

I placed an order on 5/3. I finally received my order on 6/4. Never received any kind of notification if this product was on back ordered. I sent several email requests with no response back. Very poor customer service! Will not want to do business with this company again.

I ordered a few items on May 9th, 2012. It is now June 4th and I have still not received my order. I have sent 2 emails requesting a tracking number and an eta. I received a tracking number that does not work and I was told that it had finally been shipped. I still have yet to see my order. I will not be placing another order with your company again. The product came when expected

3 weeks ago I ordered $150. worth of products and paid thru pay-pal. I haven't rec'd anything yet. Tried to call; busy or no answer. I sent them an e-mail but they haven't responded. Now I must wait a month to get my money refunded thru pay pal. Can it get any worse?

Never received the product, never had contact with the seller and could not reach them by phone or email
